  • New contractor tax rules due April 2017 - how IR35 is changing in the public sector

    The intermediaries’ legislation (better known as IR35) introduced back in 2000 sought to end differences in the tax treatment of off-payroll workers – such as IT contractors – and a business’s directly-hired employees.
