Giving Back
Spring Technology employees are active in driving the Adecco Win4Youth programme, in support of disadvantaged children and families. Now in its seventh year, Win4Youth supports foundations giving children and families in need a better start in life. Since its inception, Win4Youth has raised over €1.62m for youth charities through sports events organised in more than 60 countries, involving thousands of Adecco employees, associates and clients around the world.
In 2016, colleagues, associates and clients will take part in the three endurance disciplines of a triathlon: swimming, cycling and running, to reach the goal of 3.500,000 kilometres. The combined kilometre count will be converted into a Group donation to nine foundations, supporting abandoned, orphaned or sick children, helping families from disadvantaged communities and assisting civilian victims of natural disasters, wars and economic collapse.
We also support Macmillan Cancer Research, each year Spring Technology take part in fundraising activities that contributes towards helping people affected by cancer throughout the UK: both the sufferers, and their families, to deal with the impact of cancer on their lives.
Apprenticeships
Adecco Group launched their apprenticeship scheme in the summer of 2015. The scheme offers two different frameworks, one for recruitment and the other in business administration. Spring Technology invests heavily in developing the next generation of recruiters - developing the next generation of talent is not just vital for Spring Technology but the whole economy. We currently have 12 apprentices working with Spring Technology – preparing them for the world of work.
