Shopfloor Warehouse Specialist Contract 3 Months. My client a leading global firm have a customer project where they require support on a Go Live over the Christmas period in the App Engineering side of things.

Candidates will know and Understand best practices in terms of labelling, scanning & manufacturing. If not applied well, understand impact. You will Preferably experience with go lives, to understand what are typical errors during go live, what is critical vs less urgent. You will be Able to guide the users through the SFC process, making sure registration is done on the correct production order. You will Make sure users are following the process and are scanning and/or registration when required; if not, be able to spot quickly that things are going wrong and address people (authority required) to correct asap!

Candidates will do first analysis in case issues with registration not working / production orders not showing up in SFC: user issue or technical issue; understand what has been done, verify if issue lays within SFC or has other cause : caused by Masterdata, transactional mistake in previous step or potentially technical issue. In the latter case, on a structured way, gather required input (transactions & data used) to pass and explain to BE team
You will be able to do first analysis of hardware issues in case of problems with scanners, printers, terminals (root cause analysis: wifi connection issues, setup issues, …) If this a role you are interested in drop me CV so that we can speak in more detail.
