My client a leading Telecommunications company are looking for Scheduling Technicians or Engineers to be part of their service delivery team. The role is responsible for scheduling Civils activities for the engineers, for example, ensuring the relevant permits are in place, booking the traffic management, scheduling scaffolding, tree cutting, working with the appropriate agency/ council, ensuring Health and Safety for the engineers

The role will also be responsible for professional and effective Customer and Order Management. To provide professional, effective and timely customer updates.To manage orders through the Lead 2 Cash (L2C) journey and resolve issues within that journey to deliver excellent customer service

Skills Required
- Experience of working in an order process environment managing high volumes of orders and exceeding customer demand
- Experience of Scheduling engineers in a Telecomms or a similar sector
- Experience in managing 3rd parties and suppliers according to delivering Service Level Agreements (SLA).
-Highly customer focused on delivering a better service
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet demands.
- Must be able to solve problems by taking ownership and seeking proactive solutions.
