Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with an exciting technology company leading the way within the parking and transport sector in recruiting an Embedded Applications Engineer to work on the company wide applications and customer solutions

Your job will be:
As an Embedded Applications Engineer your role will be to work within a small embedded team in an agile environment, producing solutions for customer interactions. You will work closely on terminal applications and ticketing solutions ensuring the full SDLC is completed effectively

Your responsibilities will be
*Work closely with the team ensuring alignment and development is coordinated and delivery meets estimations
*Analyse, design and develop leading edge embedded applications following agile lifecycles
*Architect and design new features, creating a detailed technical specification
*Provide support for business users and resolve and application problems
*Continually strive to increase functionality, innovate and improve applications and products

You will need
*Strong commercial experience of developing embedded software applications covering the full development life cycle
*Practical design and development experience within an embedded real time (RTOS) environment with C/C++
*Experience of embedded microcontroller development and ARM based processors
*Knowledge of electromechanical devices and how to control them using software and development
*Cloud experience is beneficial
