CRM Engineer

The Role
Spring Technology are working with a leading organisation in Chesterfield to find an experienced CRM Engineer to maintain and optimise the CRM components of our client's overall digital platform.

The Responsibilities
*Deliver a timely and appropriately prioritised 2nd and 3rd line response to CRM issues logged by the ICT Service Desk.
*Work closely with the wider team to understand new and existing business processes and identify opportunities to employ the CRM platform to improve efficiency under a continuous improvement strategy.
*Deliver periodic updates to key elements of the CRM such as case routing / workflows, business rules and knowledge-base.
*Design and deliver strategic and operational data analysis and dashboards to inform decision making.
*Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the emerging capabilities of the CRM system (and its partner / apps / plug-ins community) and put forward suggestions on how the new features could be employed.
*Undertake good practice maintenance routines to minimise unplanned downtime, preventing the accumulation of technical debt and opening up options to make use of new features.
*Analyse trends in issues and requests and put in place pro-active measures to tackle the root cause and moderate reactive work, for example delivering targeted training to prevent accumulation of data quality problems.
*Work with colleagues to plan out the evolution of the digital platform in response to changing requirements and new technologies

The Requirements
*Strong experience as a CRM Engineer
*Prior experience maintaining and optimizing CRM components
*Experience of CRM Solutions
*Must have good stakeholder management skills and be able to embed new processes with users.
