Technical Support Analyst/ East Midlands/ Permanent/ £30-£40k/ SQL Scripts /Querying/ .NET/

The client:
The client is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their east midlands office.

The role:
* Handle and resolve service desk calls and perform a variety of related tasks.
* Review code for bugs and expected functionality, software updates, SSL certificates, server configuration
* Writing advanced SQL scripts, Querying/ Amending database
* Installing software, importing dada from pervious Management information systems, server configuration
* Provision of the Disaster Recovery Service, maintenance and setups
* Dealing with advanced 'How To' type queries

The requirements:
* Experience with SQL (Querying, writing scripts etc.)
* Experience of programming/ debugging (.NET,
* Proven diagnosis and investigation experience with software/ IT support function
* Experience of application support
* Previous customer service experience- dealing with clients.
