After a period of rapid growth, MEC Manchester needed additional skilled IT people in its digital marketing team. The media agency’s slow back-office offer process meant that good candidates were often lost, however.

The consultants at Spring Technology discussed recruitment plans with MEC’s directors in order to establish requirements and timescales. Knowledge of the offer process enabled the consultants to manage candidates’ expectations so they were prepared for potential delays to an offer being made.
