My client, a leading independent finance provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Wholesale Operations Supervisor to join them in their North West London based office on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and ambitious professional. You will work closely with the Head of Wholesale Finance and taking up a key role in administering their Wholesale loan book and look after the company's wholesale operations activities.

The role:

*Supporting the dealer experience by providing both operations and operational risk management services for the wholesale dealer portfolio
*Work effectively with other wholesale and retail functions as well as third-party suppliers. (E.g. vehicle valuation agencies, dealers, financial interest agencies etc.)
*Produce and continually maintain operations policies and procedures in line with your role
*Integrate compliance in all activities using the companies policies and procedures as well as any relevant legislation or regulations
*Manage the companies lifecycle of Wholesale dealer funding accounts, products and vehicles using the vehicle funding platform
*Perform relevant operations/operational risk management activities by generating monthly and quarterly monitoring reports
*Mitigate the company's vehicle legal title risk by administering its vehicle financial interest processes with HPI / Experian / CDL.
*Supply relevant strategic vision and process improvement for business function activities

Requirements:

*Have the ability to apply both a structured and flexible approach within a dynamic, expanding business environment.
*Confident in engaging with members of staff at all levels both internally and externally to the business
*Able to work both collaboratively and autonomously whilst applying initiative
*Franchised or independent wholesale finance background
*Articulate, diplomatic and persuasive
*An interest in luxury cars or the automotive industry (Preferable)
*Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
*Education to A Level (or equivalent)
*Degree-educated or business qualification, post A-Level (Preferable)
*3 years' experience within wholesale vehicle finance
*Ability to show knowledge of the wholesale vehicle finance business model and lifecycle

Additional details:

*Remuneration: Competitive salary depending on experience + bonus, health insurance, pension.

*Hours: 37.5 hours per week
