Customer Technical Support Engineer (OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes)

Location: Dublin

Salary: 36,000 - 86,000 Euros

In this role, you will be working to ensure that all applications, multi-hybrid clouds, websites and other elements of critical infrastructure will be operating at maximum performance. You will be joining a remote technical support team - working with clients around the world and helping them overcome any issues.

Primarily, this role will focus on products that use OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes. Therefore, experience in providing technical support with all three will be necessary. Alongside this, you will be working closely with clients to provide remote troubleshooting and guidance. On top of this, you will receive continual investment in your career growth while working with the latest technology on offer.

What you'll need to apply:

-A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
-A minimum of 2 years in a technical support role using Linux/Windows
-At least 2 years' experience using OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes

When safe to do so, this role will require candidates to be office based full-time in Dublin.
