Technical Support Professional

Location: Dublin

Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 Euros

This position is for those keen to work with the critical components of the middleware stack. You will be joining a worldwide technical support team for a variety of cloud-based products and providing customer support to the millions of users around the world.

This opportunity will allow you to become an expert in multiple product fields, enabling you to provide top customer satisfaction as you resolve technical and product issues. Your day-to-day will look like:

-Provide assistance to customers, solving technical issues by identifying problems and providing remote troubleshooting or guidance.
-Provide clear communication to the customer/stakeholder
-Carry out a diagnosis of the issues to identify root causes
-Use both soft skills and technical skills to provide client satisfaction
-Make recommendations for improvements to existing tools, procedures, and processes
-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Be able to work in cooperation with other internal teams.

What you need to have:

-You will need to have a bachelor's degree
-A basic knowledge of Operating system administration (Windows/Linux)
-You should have basic knowledge in database administration (Oracle / DB2 / SQL / MongoDB)
-Previous experience in troubleshooting Java application errors using Java trace analysis
-A firm understanding of Java and JavaScript
-Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
-Minimum of 2 Years' experience in Technical Support

This position is Full-time in the office after restrictions lift.
