Support Desk Assistant / Birmingham / Permanent / Start - ASAP / £15-20k

We are looking for a Support Desk assistant to the 1st line and 2nd line support function for a reputable retail client in Birmingham. Your primary responsibility will be providing first and second line telephone support for all business functions including answering, logging and resolving calls and escalating more complex or serious problems to other IT personnel / Support Departments within the business.

Experience Required
*IT competent with demonstrable technical abilities.
*Previous help desk experience is essential.
*A clear communicator with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
*Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
