Software Developer (Back End) - 32 - 38 k - Stoke-on-Trent - Must be commutable to Stoke as will need to work in the office 1-2 days a week (Post Lockdown) 3-4 days a week can work from home this will be a permanent arrangement

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our client's software Back End team. The role entails working closely with Front End Developer to build multiple web and in house applications. The Team use PHP, Laravel, SQL, MVC, Git, SVN. The team are passionate about software development and deliver high-quality solutions.

Experience

Commercial experience within software development - PHP, Laravel
Creating software that meets quality standards
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work within a multi-skilled team and share knowledge with other technical staff.


Responsibilities

Working as part of the software development team to build software used internally and externally.
Supporting on multiple projects.
Optimisation, performance monitoring and unit testing.
Supporting the wider business with internal support, through helpdesk software
Testing Applications
