The Position
As an Applications Specialist within our product team you will be responsible for the complete project life cycle of our software applications from pre-sales demonstrations, configuration, test and debug to onsite implementation, customer success and support.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Applications Specialist with experience in e-commerce, payments and transactional systems. This is a customer facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of how to support our customers.

Requirements:
*1+ years experience in technical or service desk role.
*Experience of supporting High Availability and Critical Systems
*Experience of working with / through problems and issues to meet agreed SLAs
*The ability to engage and work well with Development and Project Management teams
*'No compromise' attitude to quality and problem solving
*Excellent communication skills.
*Driving Licence

Responsibilities:
*1st Line Support
*Maintain application documentation.
*Pre-Sales Demonstrations.
*Product Configurations.
*Plan, improve, test and support new feature rollouts.
*Understanding business / project requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
*Introducing new technologies and practices to improve team efficiency.
