A client of Spring Technologies are currently recruiting for a Service Now Technical Product Manager.
Based in Edinburgh on an initial 12 month contract with the option to extend
Main Duties
*Reviews and recommends where ServiceNow platform fits into the strategic enterprise architecture roadmap
*Engage, discover and interrogate current processes (both internal to IT and wider business), recommending better ways of working through workflow automation
*Architect and deliver an effective, dynamic and fully encompassing CMDB and Asset Management capability
*Architect and deliver a business facing IT Self Service portal and knowledge management database.

Technical Experience
*Certified ServiceNow implementation expert
*ITSM skills (ITIL qualification preferable)
*Competent understanding and experience of integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure) and a complex virtualised environment. Non-Technical
*Previous experience of leading a successful ServiceNow rollout and deployment
*Ability to diagram the solution, present and demo solutions
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
*Experience and comfort in public speaking situations
*Comfortable operating in an agile environment using Scrum and/or Kanban.
