An i.t service desk analyst is needed to join a fantastic company in Bury which has seen huge growth within the past 6 months. Recently moving into brand new bespoke offices you can expect a laid back hard working environment perfect for learning and progression.

The skills required for this role are as follows,
Excellent communication/written skills

*Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office suite.
*Experience of windows operating systems
*experience working with Office365 including SharePoint, and Active Directory
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
*Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
*Work as a team
*Working with stakeholders

You will be working in a team of 9 contributing to the support applications in 1st line support by responding to phone and email requests, ensuring all tasks are picked up.
