Requirement
We continue to win a number of high profile local authority projects which more recently include schemes funded by High Street Fund and Towns fund. The SPM will lead a multi-Disciplinary team across a number of projects through design development (RIBA 3 - 4), procurement and delivery across a mixture of heritage, public placemaking and community buildings.
Experience
Delivering projects (Value £5m - £30m) in a public sector environment, leading multi-disciplinary team, understand Governance and stakeholder management across elected members, officers and
Volunteer groups while complying with wider Local Government policy.

Project Manager - Schedular
Defence - Local & National government
As part of delivering the Defence Estates Optimisation programme we have a requirement for a PM - Schedular to lead the Scheduling activity of project development for 8 projects circa £1.1bn. working as part of a wider PMO team and supporting project Managers across the Nort & Scotland
MSP and P6 experience. Awareness of the build process and key constraints for defence asset types including
Accommodation Single Living Accommodation (SLA) would align to student accommodation or budget hotel experience.
Technical - Workshops, vehicle storage training buildings and medical facilities (Schools, hospitals, etc)
Training - Area HQ - Office 4 story Regimental HQ
Security clearance an advantage (BPS)
Defence experience not essential
