Rate - up to £409 (inside ir35)

The Migrations senior project manager will lead a cross-functional project team of up 30 people, as well as multiple 3rd party suppliers.

The project manager will be responsible for the definition and delivery of time-critical outcomes, working with third party suppliers organisations who are delivering key components of the overall solution. This project is delivering the migration strategy for a number of Mobile Network Services.

Experience:

*The Migrations Senior PM will be responsible for a number of data/voice/messaging mobile services redesigns, therefore previous experience in delivering Mobile Core based services, will be key for this role.
*The Migrations senior PM will be experienced in various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile, and will be able to find opportunities in its delivery plan to adopt Agile ways of working as necessary/suitable.
*Previous demonstrable experience in managing large, complex Mobile Network projects: delivery of Mobile Core data/voice/messaging services preferably on the Cloud, minimum 3x years.
*Previous demonstrable experience in managing business stakeholders and getting their buy-in and input into planning mobile network services migrations, with regular engagement upto and including Director-level; minimum 3x years

Skills:

1.Broad knowledge of and significant experience with Core Mobile architectures, including Cloud products and services.
2.Knolwedge and experience of Agile concepts and ways of working.
3.Proven stakeholder management skills.
4.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, comfortable with presenting at Director level.
5.High level technical know-how of 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G technologies in the context of network core services delivery. Minimum 5 years - Must Have
6.Ability to build and motivate large cross functional teams
