Senior Java Enterprise Developer - Permanent role, Sponsorship available - relocation required to Dundee, Scotland

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + benefits + bonus

We are working with one of the leading software and services-led enterprise providers in the financial, retail and hospitality industries. This client is based in Dundee and they have an exciting opportunity available for a skilled Senior Java Developer to join a highly skilled and motivated Agile team of engineers, working on innovative solutions for the financial services market. Using your experience and knowledge you will make significant contributions to the product, as well as be a great mentor for other team members to learn from.

This role is based in Dundee, Scotland and will require relocation for non-local candidates looking to apply, the client we are working with is offering full visa sponsorship opportunities to attract the best talent for this role.

Required skills:
*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
*5+ years' experience in software design and development
*Experience with the preferred technology stack:
*Java EE expertise, including servlet and JSP
*Relational Database Management Systems (e.g. Oracle / SQL Server), JPA, Hibernate
*HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular framework
*Spring Framework (ideally version 5+)
*Test Driven Development or Behaviour Driven Development (e.g. JUnit, JBehave, Selenium)
*Containerization (Docker)
*RESTful web services
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
*Confident in making design decisions
*Mentoring less experienced team members
*Experience of operating in an Agile development environment, familiarity with Agile principles and practices and Test or Behaviour Driven Development.
