A client of Spring Technologies are currently recruiting for a Lead Software Engineer on a permanent basis.
Currently WFH but based out of Telford.
Key responsibilities:
*The client are just starting out on our transformational journey; moving to an API first, cloud-based platform to support the evolution of our class leading debt management products.
*This is an exciting & challenging time for the client and they are looking for a lead engineer with a strong mix of java, .net, web and mobile experience to help them accelerate the delivery of our there generation of products.
*This position is fundamental to the clients success; in addition to building amazing solutions with cutting edge technology you'll also play a pivotal role in forming the teams, the culture & shaping how we the client operate as a technology function.
*The successful candidates will be passionate about technology, take pride in their work, be a seasoned senior or lead engineer, have a "can do" attitude and thrive in an agile environment.
Technologies
*Strong in either Java or C#
*Strong mobile experience, preferably with React Native
*Strong web experience building customer focused sites
*Agile methodologies
*Developing highly available, performant RESTful APIs
*Using TDD (or similar) to deliver high quality solutions
*Operating in a senior or lead capacity
*Playing a key role in system design
