ServiceDesk Support Position

Day Rate - £120 - £130
Location - Glasgow
Duration - 3 months

My client based in Glasgow are looking for a Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month contract You will be working in a busy team of which you will be acting as a first point of contact for all issues that arise, via phone and email. You will. Provide IT support, both during business and out of hours support. Investigate, troubleshoot and solve a range of IT issues. Maintain hardware and software systems throughout your region. Support the day-to-day running of the Administration department. Ensure all Head office equipment is installed correctly and working as it should be. Investigate, troubleshoot and solve a range of IT issues With experience of Office 365, Office 2013/2016, Apple Mac and Windows 8/10, You must have. A positive, customer facing proactive manner. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Self-initiative and the drive to provide great service. An in-depth understanding of IT systems (Servers, networks and printing devices). Experience of administering and maintaining databases. A committed, can-do attitude.
