IT Support Analyst - ERP

My client, a market leader who is a manufacturing company is seeking an IT Support Analyst who will be joining a busy IT department. As the IT Support Analyst you will provide technical assistance to all implementations, software and hardware issues that occur across the companies group.

Also as the IT Support Analyst you will be required to proactively handle service requests by resolving incidents at the first point of contact where possible. This will be required to provide 1st and 2nd line support while also providing monitoring and managing system backups and remote servers.

The successful IT Support Analyst will possess the following skills and experiences:-
*Experienced working in a service desk/support environment.
*Windows Server 2008 through to 2012
*Active Directory
*Microsoft Office 2007 through to 2013 - all applications within this area.
*Working knowledge of terminal services, thin client and print technologies.

Your application would hold a distinct advantage if you possess experience in the following areas:-

*Manufacturing environment
*SQL, Crystal Reporting.
*Knowledge and experience of VOIP and telephone system support.
*Epicor/BisTrack ERP knowledge.

You must hold a valid driving licence as you may be required to travel to other locations 2/3 times a month due to project requirements.
