A growing on-line finance provider who due to recent acquisitions and investment have a number of large digital projects planned to help continue the recent growth across their business's. They have been operating for over 30 years, handle over a million calls a year and turn over was in excess of £130million.

Role

As the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be overseeing Change Management, Major Incident, IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, Service Reporting, Problem Management across the service lifecycle. You will be expected to implement and align ITIL best practice processes and deliver the changes which will require you to define the SLAs and KPIs.
