IT Helpdesk Team Leader (12-month FTC)
London
£30,000 - £35,000 + perm benefits

A global leading organisation based in London is looking to recruit a IT Helpdesk Team Leader who will join an established helpdesk team to ensure present and future SLA's are met. As the IT Helpdesk Team Leader you will be working on support Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 Exchange, setup and configuration of mobile devices whilst also supporting IT managers.

KEY SKILLS
*Experience of working in an ITIL environment
*Industry recognised IT qualification
*Microsoft MCSA qualification advantageous
*Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including;
*Good knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016 & Office 365
*Windows server experience would be an advantage
*Microsoft SQL knowledge advantageous
*Domain administration, (user creation, password changes etc)
*Purchase of SSL Certificates
*Experience of working with a managed Data Center
*Knowledge of Service Now (SNOW) would be an advantage
*Basic understanding of networking and server infrastructure
*Knowledge of working with MACs would be an advantage
*Experience of working in a mac environment is an advantage
*Able to manage small projects
*Some team leading/supervisory experience of a small team
*Some team lead experience
