Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit an Intranet Project Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in Edinburgh on a rate of c.£400-450/day (outside of IR35).

The Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering and managing the Intranet Project. The scope of the project includes EDRMS (SharePoint) implementation and the identification and implementation of an appropriate Intranet platform.

Responsibilities:

* The development and implementation of business workflows and processes to meet identified business needs.
* Acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
* The identification, analysis, management and monitoring of relationships with and between stakeholders.
* The clarification of mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts.
* Management and liaison with external suppliers.

Requirements:

* Change Management experience in a large complex environment.
* Experience of EDRMS project delivery.
* Experience of Intranet project delivery.
* Experience mentoring colleagues.
* PRINCE2 Practitioner.
* Public sector experience is advantageous.
