Incident and Problem Manager - Sheffield - up to £62,000 + Car + 15% Bonus


A leading Sheffield based organisation with a fantastic reputation. The organisation is looking to improve its service capability and requires a proven Incident & Problem Manager.


We are recruiting for an Incident and Problem Manager to be responsible for managing service capabilities across both insourced and outsourced teams. This is a new role to ensure the business is getting the best service and requires a candidate able to build relationships with internal business teams and 3rd Party providers.
You will be tasked with continuous improvement of processes and escalation structures, acting as an escalation point when needed. You will drive the adoption, performance and collaboration of resolver teams.

Key skills and experience
*Experience working as an Incident Manager within a medium/large organisation
*Experience working within a problem management capacity
*Experienced working to ITILV3 or ITILV4 principles
*Extensive 3rd Party Management
