Sales Excutive - St Albans - £18k - £20k - OTE 5-9k -
My client is looking for an ambitious and driven graduate who is keen to join a start-up and help it grow. You will be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and deliver against sales targets. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the motivation to deliver the highest quality of service, taking the time to fully understand the client's needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Identifying new business opportunities
*Managing the initial process of cold calling to booking in a demo for a senior to take over
*Generating a pipeline of 5-8 demos booked weekly
*Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
*Collaborating with the research team to identify new sales campaign messaging
*Providing input on new product development projects
*Building great rapport and valuable working relationships within the industry and potential clients
*Positive, winning attitude (highly driven and self-motivated)
*Curiosity (desire to keep asking the right questions)
*Entrepreneurial (can make something out of nothing)
*Outgoing personality
*Keep it simple (can translate complex solutions into simple ones)
*Degree level or equivalent level of education
*Uncapped commission structure - they are a growing company, and will reward your part in their success story very generously.
