Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client who have recently implemented Salesforce CRM. They are now looking to hire a Salesforce CRM Success Manager to drive the business utilisation of Salesforce to make sure its full potential is realised.

Main duties:

* Working with the head of client and business development to develop a strategic approach to drive adoption and capture requirements for specific business use cases including business teams and regions.
* Working with the internal training team to produce collateral and training environments based on a "day in the life" scenarios and tips and tricks for success.
* Working with the internal training team to produce and deliver training content across different channels
* Work with the Salesforce Technical Expert and Client Services teams to provide end user input and testing support and to assist in the translation and interpretation of user stories
* Develop and communicate a training plan/calendar, schedule training and ensure logistics are set up. Track and measure effectiveness for training including post-training follow up with end users
* Apply business and technical skills to assess and diagnose business requirements that help to inform the future route map.
* Identify and develop 'success cases' across all existing business groups around key capabilities and processes supporting client development, collaboration, capture and use of data and information.
* Assist success team to define user stories and acceptance criteria for each functional business requirement for both existing platform and future development.
* Working with success team to create and deliver routine communications and promotions in line with change management strategy and objectives

Skills:

* Strong project management experience including change management
* Ability to listen and understand information and ideas whether presented verbally or written.
* Strong presentation and communications skills. Proven successes in preparing and delivering presentations that convey information to the audience and adjusting to meet changing needs.
* Ability to work with cross functional internal teams to execute deliverables in a changing environment
* Previous experience of Salesforce or equivalent
* Internal marketing communications experience
* Willingness to travel to different locations
* Instructional design experience of eLearning
