Business Analyst / Yardi / Property / Real Estate / permanent / Remote / 30-40k

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst for one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate firms in the UK.

You will be joining the company on a permanent basis, at a really exciting time of system transformation. You will be instrumental in assisting them with moving from their legacy Yardi Propware system to the new Yardi Voyager system and the continued development of this new platform.

Overall Purpose of Job:
*To support the transition from Yardi Propware to Yardi Voyager.
*To play a crucial role in achieving the Yardi Product Team objectives in relation to platform stabilisation, continuous improvement, maintenance and optimisation.

Role Responsibilities:
*To work across both systems until such time as the legacy system is decommissioned working to prescribed deadlines and periodic timetables
*Act as the key point of contact for the day to day management of the Yardi Propware system until
*decommissioned
*Manage Technicians to ensure that legacy system operations are safely and accurately maintained during the transition period
*Support colleagues by identifying key process change between platforms and working to establish new processes on Yardi Voyager
*Deliver clear, concise and timely responses to Tier 2 and Tier 3 queries from users in accordance with standard procedures
*Support the integration with other applications (e.g. Clarity, Avant etc.)
*Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance service delivery
*Assist in the production of process notes and team-specific training for the Yardi Voyager system as required

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
*Experience of Yardi Propware and Yardi Voyager
*Attention to detail
*Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
*A proven track record of providing excellent customer service
*Experience of managing staff
*The ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
*The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels and across various teams
*Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Applications
*Experience of SQL, VBA and ODBC environment
*SOX/ISAE3402 and process mapping experience (desirable)
*Accounting experience (desirable)
