Business Analyst (Fixed-Term)
Title: Business Analyst
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
This is a 16-month contract with one of N. Ireland's most well-known institutions. Working across a range of digital projects, you'll be responsible for: stakeholder management, process modelling and proposing technical solutions. You will be supporting the delivery of the strategic and operational aims of the business through the implementation of digital transformation.
Your main duties:
*Responsible for organisational and business process modelling. You will have a key role in guiding the design and implementation of technical change.
*Ability to use root cause analysis to identify areas of inefficiency.
*Construct a diagnosis of problems and processes and make proposals and recommendations for change to existing processes and structures.
*Make recommendations for technical systems that will transform existing business processes.
*Ability to use cost/benefit analysis to make informed business decisions
*Build long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
*Working within a budget to deliver on agreed targets.

Essential Criteria:
*Qualified to a degree level or above
*Prior experience with process modelling and using business analysis methodologies.
*Demonstratable experience of analysing complex problem and defining potential solutions.
*Ability to negotiate and build essential relationship both internally and externally.
*Willingness to travel throughout N. Ireland when needed.
