My client is an AAA rated games company looking for a talented and ambitious Business Intelligence Developer to join their expanding Data and Analytics team within the live services team. Ideal for anyone with an interest in gaming!

This is a brand new role that will improve our analytics data warehouse. You will be responsible for developing new data sources and implementing new technologies to support the Analytics team. You will be fully hands-on working with large-scale, complex live data feeds In order to combine SQL Server and cloud based repositories. You will need a strong knowledge of back end development and will play a huge part in influencing and improving their games.

You will:
*Work with other members of the analytics team to understand the data needs for the various analysis
*Plan, design, execute and test data flows alongside the data engineers.
*Optimize queries and ETLs
*Collaborate with the game studio, IT departments, 3rd parties and various other teams to ensure events implemented as per design and that data flows with minimal issues
*Connect new data sources and API's in order to support the analytics team to enrich data
*Evaluate and implement new SDKs that will help the analytics team to optimize the results of the company
*Consolidate different data sources and technologies into one DWH in the most efficient process
*Debug, monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions
*Maintain and manage data visualization platforms

You will need:
*Solid experience as a BI developer / Server Developer / Backend Developer
*Experience in DWH design and be familiar with data structure
*Experience working with stakeholders, understand their data need and create reports that will support the different teams
*Experience with BI tools such as (PowerBI / Tableau / similar tools)
*Data architecture and modelling skills
*Strong skills using SQL and building ETL workflows (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
*Experience of Implementing new technologies and optimising current solutions
*Coding experience in Python
*Experience with cloud data solution (Azure, Snowflake, AWS)

Desirable skills include:
*Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana
*REST API and SDK Implementation experience
*Interest in video game technology and industry
