My client is currently recruiting for a Mac Desktop support professional to join a global IT solutions company on a 12-month fixed term contract

Please note this role will begin remotely but will be based in Birmingham once Covid-19 has passed.

As the Mac desktop support, you will be responsible for:
*Providing support for all covered equipment including OS X client based support.
*Ensure all jobs are completed within the service level to the customers
*Update service manager and sales team on progress of jobs and resolutions via internal CRM
*Escalate incidents where external parties or providers are involve

Essential Skills:
*Experience with desktop support
*Experience with remote and onsite support
*Experience with Apple Hardware
*Experience with backup and solutions and 365 migrations
*Experience with Mac OS X and Unix/Linux architecture
*Preferably certifications within Apple, ACMT.
*Desirable - Casper / JAMF ProIn addition to that, you should see yourself as a customer facing, professional individual with a strong customer service mindset.

This role is paying between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
