Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit an Agile/Scrum Consultant for an initial 3 month contract based in Glasgow on a rate of c.£450-550/day (outside of IR35).

Responsibilities:

* Validate/build out the organisation's Agile process and associated governance (note - this is not a clean sheet, it will be given further substance as to what the organisation have, and working within wider organisation's governance structures).
* Produce and deliver guidance/training on Agile to a variety of stakeholders (including management, project team, support staff and business leads).
* Facilitate project delivery by acting in a Scrum Master role for the Data Platforms project.
* At the end of the engagement the intent is that the project scrum team will be able to function without the ongoing support from the contractor, so knowledge transfer is key to this engagement.

Requirements:

* Experienced Agile/Scrum Consultant with a proven track record of working to evangelise/coach in Agile practices/techniques (particularly Scrum), and also perform as a Scrum Master.
* Ideally be conversant with usage of TFS.
* Public sector experience would be advantageous.
