2nd Line IT Support Engineer

My client, a leading Managed Services Provider is seeking a 2nd IT Line Support Engineer to join their expanding service oriented team. As the 2nd IT Line Support Engineer you will be working within a fast-paced role with a high volume of inbound traffic, and you'll need to be comfortable with a varied and ever-changing workload across a wide variety of clients.

In addition you will be required from time to time, you'll need to attend client's sites working on a variety of issues, both hardware and software related, delivering the same high standard of service while working amongst client directly.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer you will possess the following technologies:-

*Office 365
*Active Directory
*Back up technologies
*Cloud based technologies
