20 October 2009 - Adecco UK Holdco Limited acquired the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Spring Group plc. Under the terms of the acquisition, Scheme Shareholders received 62 pence in cash for each Spring share. For this reason Spring Group plc has, as of 20 October 2009, been de-listed from the London Stock Exchange.
