Our Learning and Development department is dedicated solely on enabling each and every employee to excercise greater choice and control over how their career is developed within Spring. Launched in September 2004, Careers Paths is a reference tool enabling an employee and their manager to plan role-based development and career development more effectively. The scheme allows access to information relating to an employee's current role and to other roles within the organisation which may be of interest from a personal and/or career development perspective.
