Spring Group announces that CEO, Peter Searle, has been named The Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s (REC) Business Leader of the Year 2008. Peter was recognised at a prestigious ceremony held in London for his sound strategic vision that has returned Spring Group to sustainable growth and profitability.

The awards ceremony was presented by REC CEO, Kevin Green, and boasted a crowd of professional recruiters from all industry sectors. Each of the individuals listed were deemed to be truly exceptional workers in their industry and a credit to their profession.

With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Peter has implemented an ambitious 3 year growth strategy that includes a corporate restructure, a greater emphasis on efficiency and significantly enhancing Spring Group’s geographic spread.
